Here is the blurb provided by Jim: Desperate for money, Nick becomes a beta tester for a new virtual reality game. His buddy and their girlfriends must join in the deed. But it turns out the virtual is real, and they are not in a game but on an extrasolar junkshop world, the cesspool of the universe. Everybody makes a lot of mistakes, adjusting. I get to point out the shortcomings of modernity in the process. Extravagant language and bizarre situations abound as I play social critic pretending to be a writer.
